First priority for those who have signed up in early registration Family Camp SignUp sheets at Triveni Assembly Hall in March/April, contingent on registration payment by June 30th. July 1st onwards, registration accepted on first-come first-served registration payment basis. Registration site will be disabled, once camp capacity of 95 is reached. Priority for registered Bala Vihar families and CM Sacramento members (during last Academic Year 2024-25). Non BV, non-CM members accepted only on space available basis. New overflow feature added this year: Overflow camp participants have the option to attend camp as non-resident day participants 7am-9pm, and make their own night lodging arrangements at motels in Garberville, 12mi north of Piercy, and other towns and Commercial Resort Camps nearby. This feature and associated fees will be made available after residential camp registration reaches capacity.
